This deletes the Pterodactyl server and its files, including its saved WhatsApp session. This is different from removing an uploaded ZIP. Back up the bot first if you need to keep its files.

Their bots keep running and their WhatsApp sessions are preserved. Any owned instances must be transferred to an enabled dashboard user. Transferring can put the recipient above their creation limit.
